Storage Facility Guidelines and FAQ's

1. Do you have a dumpster available for tenant use?

No. The residential tenants pay for their dumpster service. It is small, under video surveillance, and not available for storage tenants.
Do not place anything in it—you will be charged.
If you have a large amount of garbage or bulky items to discard, please contact us. We can provide you with resources and contact numbers for proper disposal services.

2. Are there electrical outlets for battery charging?

No. The only power available is for overhead lights, which are on a very light breaker.
Charging devices may trip the breaker and cause power outages.
If your vehicle battery needs charging, remove it and charge it off-site using a battery tender or charger at your location.

3. Is there a bathroom I can use on-site?

Yes. A bathroom is available. Please contact us for a one-time access code.

4. How much space do I get for my vehicle?

You are renting only the space your vehicle occupies.

  • Slides on campers must stay retracted.

  • No items may be stored around, underneath, or on top of your vehicle.

  • Your space should allow you to open your vehicle door safely, but should not exceed the designated spot.
We typically request the year, make, model, or dimensions of your vehicle for documentation.

5. Can I stay overnight in my camper or RV?

No. Overnight stays are not allowed.
The town prohibits camping, and we have no hookups for water, electric, or waste.
Residents live on-site, and the facility is monitored by cameras.

6. Can I store other items outside of my unit or parking space?

No. If you store items anywhere other than your rented space, they will be immediately discarded.
If we discover they belong to you, a disposal fee will be charged. You are only permitted to use your assigned space.

7. What kind of lock should I use?

We recommend using a combination-style lock instead of a key lock.
Why? Keys can be easily misplaced or forgotten. Combination locks are more convenient and can save you from needing a costly lock cut.
If you lose access to your unit due to a lock issue, a $100 lock-cutting fee will apply.

8. What if I place a lock on a unit without notifying management?

This is considered unauthorized access. You will be charged:

  • $100 lock cut fee

  • Monthly rent for the unauthorized unit
Your items may be removed and disposed of.
Always notify us of any changes to your unit or rental status.

9. Can I work on or repair my vehicle in the storage area?

No. Storage areas are not intended for mechanical work, oil changes, or maintenance of any kind.
Doing so can pose a safety and environmental hazard. Please perform vehicle maintenance off-site.

10. What if I need to switch units or move to a different space?

Let us know as soon as possible. We’ll work with you on available options, but unauthorized moves will be treated as a violation and subject to fees.

11. Are the storage units and parking spaces monitored?

Yes. The entire property is equipped with surveillance cameras for the safety of your property and others.
Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate termination of your rental agreement.
